As a husband, father, and resident of Grandville, I am committed to building a stronger future for all families in our community.
My name is Mike Sullivan, and I’m proud to call Grandville home with my wife, Carolyn, and our daughter, Emma. I serve as Kent County’s Elections Director and am grateful for the opportunity to bring that experience in transparent, effective government to my own community.
I earned both a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from Grand Valley State University. Faith and service are central to my life—my family and I are parishioners of St. Pius X Catholic Church, and I volunteer on the Grandville Community Tree Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
As an Eagle Scout and active scouting volunteer, I believe in giving back and helping the next generation grow in leadership and character. Grandville is where my family lives, works, and worships, and I’m committed to ensuring it remains a community where families can thrive.
